Psychometric Assessment Instruments

At Openloop Solutions, one of the key tools we rely on to enhance our coaching, team building, and assessment activities is a suite of highly regarded psychometric assessment instruments. We have senior facilitators who are experienced in both the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), which focuses on building and managing relationships in the workplace, and the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which is designed to maximise organisational performance. These tools are not only psychometrically reliable and valid but are also widely recognised and utilised in organisational settings worldwide. Both assessments offer valuable insights into individual and team dynamics, helping to foster more effective collaboration and performance.

Our approach to using these instruments is grounded in tailoring them to meet the specific needs of your organisation at any given time. We don’t simply use these tools because they are available; instead, we collaborate with you to identify your key objectives and determine if psychometric assessment would be beneficial in addressing them. While psychometric instruments provide valuable insights, they are just one part of the bespoke solutions we create for our clients, ensuring a holistic and tailored approach to development.
