About the instrument

HBDI maps thinking preference across four modes: analytical and fact-based, practical and sequential, relational and interpersonal, and experimental and big-picture. The premise of Whole Brain Thinking is that every one of these is necessary, and that most individuals and most teams are unconsciously weighted towards two or three.
